Lorraine has more than 10 years’ experience in talent management and a passion for enabling individuals, teams and organisations to reach their performance potential. Starting out in recruitment and internal HR before moving into consulting, Lorraine has worked with clients across the UK, South East Asia and Australia for both large and small businesses and public sector organisations. Her clients have come from industries such as Aviation, Banking and Finance, Engineering, Fast Food, FMCG, Legal, Manufacturing, Mining, Energy, Professional services, Retail, and Government.
As an expert in leadership development and behaviour change, her skill set has grown from her work in assessing talent and capability against organisational requirements, and building development initiatives to reach business objectives. As an accredited coach, behavioural assessment expert and experienced facilitator, Lorraine offers a broad and adaptable skill set.
Lorraine is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters in Organisational and Occupational Psychology. She is an Associate Fellow and Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society, and holds Certified status with the Australian Human Resources Institute. Lorraine is an avid life-long learner and has studied in a number of areas, including International Strategy, International Marketing and Human Resource Management. She is currently studying for an Executive Masters in NeuroLeadership.
