The solution

Maximus sought to identify high-potential leaders who had the desire to succeed in a management role.

Maximus then developed a learning centre solution to challenge and stretch participants, and provide them with constructive coaching and planning to facilitate individual career development.

Post learning centre, the participants embarked on individual development projects to foster key competencies and prepare them for future leadership opportunities.

Ongoing, a framework was designed to assess future management potential, and an in-house learning talent and support system was established for high-potential individuals.
