A large media organisation approached Maximus to develop a high-performance culture across the business.
To change the behaviours of managers and employees to foster a performance-driven culture, while maintaining alignment to the organisation’s overarching strategy.
To achieve a cultural shift throughout the entire business, Maximus designed a phased solution underpinned by the implementation of Maximus’ talent-management system, Imprint.
To secure the co-operation of all employees and managers, the process for change was well communicated throughout the organisation. This was supported by highly applicable programs that provided the appropriate training and support to adapt to the new processes and new system very quickly.
The majority of employees had the bulk of their training delivered within three months, with minimal disruption to business operations.
Most employees were proficient with the new processes and the new system within the first few months, with the majority reporting that the solution had a strong impact on the organisation as a whole.
Due to the success of the initial implementation, the organisation commissioned the roll out of Imprint to 14 of the organisation’s subsidiary companies (approximately 3000 employees in total).
Subsequently, numerous other businesses have proactively requested that Imprint be implemented in their own organisation.
This has resulted in substantial cost savings in people processes and distinct improvement in people performance - including higher staff retention, improved employee alignment to organisational strategy, and increased employee engagement.
I was really nervous at the thought of using a system to manage my own performance reviews as well as my team's. However, at the end of the training I felt confident that the system was something I could easily use to support my performance and my development.
