A large insurance organisation came to Maximus when they needed a well-defined leadership framework to support the business in moving into its next evolution.

The Maximus Solution

Maximus staged a three-month intervention consisting of a blend of learning activities, including a six-day program, diagnostic workshops, readings, role plays, and coaching; to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for high performance.

Each participant was allocated an individual coach who supported them in defining and achieving a development plan.

Outcomes to Date

After the success of the initial middle-management leadership program, the organisation approached Maximus to design and create a solution for the senior leaders within the business. Since the inception of this particular program, the Hewitt Engagement Score for “Immediate Manager Satisfaction" has increased by 10%.

Maximus International has now successfully delivered Leadership Development Programs to this organisation for approximately 900 participants within the Asia Pacific Region.
