Jennifer Yee is an Organisational Development Consultant with over 10 years experience in HR and management consulting. With a strong background in employee engagement, learning and development, organisational development and change management, Jennifer is not only committed to helping her clients manage organisational change, but also excel through it.
Having worked with clients across multiple industries within Australia and overseas; Jennifer has advised a wide range of leading organisations, both local and multinationals, including: Telstra, Origin Energy, NIB, RailCorp, McKinsey and CO, IBM, Charter Hall and Estee Lauder. Within these accounts, Jennifer has successfully delivered and implemented a range of HR initiatives, such as: developing career frameworks, redesigning organisational processes and structures, creating employment value propositions, and improving employee engagement.
At Maximus, Jennifer works within the Organisational Development and Transformation Practice; her role is to support and advise clients on how to achieve their people and organisational goals, whether that is through improving process efficiencies, applying HR best practice, developing communication toolkits or facilitating change, to name a few. With a consultative and proactive working style, Jennifer works to further develop her clients’ skills, knowledge and behaviour along the way.
In terms of formal qualifications, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing from Macquarie University.
