Leading Maximus International’s Psychometric Assessment and Capability Department in the Sydney Office, Ashley is a highly experienced psychology practitioner with a strong passion for working with people to develop top performers in the industry.

A Registered Organisational Psychologist, Ashley brings to Maximus over six years of international experience within the field. Ashley’s career has seen her work across a variety of sectors in a range of areas, including the design, implementation, management and analysis of complete assessment and development processes across a variety of levels.

Ashley’s key strength lies in focusing on, and delivering exceptional evidence-based solutions in both talent acquisition and employee development. Her forward-thinking, positive and innovative approach to Occupational Psychology is clearly demonstrated in her ability to streamline development and embed effective recruitment processes for her clients. Within Maximus International, Ashley’s portfolio of clients include: Veda, Caltex, Upstream, Fuji Xerox, Fitness First and News Limited.

In terms of formal qualifications Ashley is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (UK) and a Psychologist with AHPRA. In addition, Ashley holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at the University of Nottingham England.
