Julian’s passion for people development has driven an exciting career in individual and organisational learning over the past 15 years. With ten years as an officer in the Australian Army, and five years consulting nationally across both the public and private sectors, Julian has a broad range of organisational development experience. He has worked closely with organisations in resources, insurance, financial services and state government, to build leadership and sales capability that delivers results.

As a Principal Consultant with Maximus, Julian thrives in the design, delivery, facilitation, coaching and assessment of individual and organisational learning solutions. His holistic approach and detailed analysis ensures a targeted and relevant response to business need whilst his energy and empathy combine to provide a challenging yet supportive learning environment.

Julian holds a Master of Business (Organisational Analysis and Strategy) from Sydney University, a Bachelor of Arts (Management) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
