He has over 15 years of experience working with leaders and managers to improve their business performance through their people. This includes experience in executive team development, strategy consulting, leadership pipeline for succession and career planning, and change management. James is an expert at leading through others with specialties such as coaching and developing managers and effective performance conversations.

James is a board member, public speaker and thought leader. He enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, mountain biking, climbing and getting muddy with his two young sons.
